Go to xe8.net and log in using your registered mobile number and password. Ensure your account KYC status shows Verified under Account Settings → Verify Identity before proceeding. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
From the main menu, tap or click Cashier, then select Withdraw. You will see the withdrawal screen showing your available balance and the payment methods eligible for withdrawal on your account.
Select your preferred withdrawal method from the available options. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in RM — minimum RM 10, maximum RM 15,000 per transaction. Your first withdrawal must use the same method as your first deposit.
Review the withdrawal summary: method, amount, and destination account. Confirm that the e-wallet or bank account shown matches your registered payment details. If the destination details are incorrect, contact xe8 support before confirming — a withdrawal sent to the wrong account cannot be recalled once processed.
Tap Confirm Withdrawal to submit your request. You will receive an on-screen confirmation with a withdrawal reference number. Keep this number — it is your proof of submission if you need to follow up with support. Processing begins immediately after submission.
