Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the xe8 platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered on xe8.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and xe8 ("xe8", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the xe8 platform at xe8.net. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the xe8 platform.

Definitions
- 1.1"Platform" means the xe8 online gaming website at xe8.net, including any mobile-optimised version or application associated with it.
- 1.2"Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
- 1.3"Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
- 1.4"Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
- 1.5"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by xe8 subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms.
- 1.6"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms.
- 1.7"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
- 1.8"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
- 1.9"Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction of Account access applied by a player using xe8's responsible gambling tools.
- 1.10"Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the Platform.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
- 2.1.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
- 2.1.2xe8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfied.
- 2.1.3Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. Any person who knowingly facilitates access to the Platform by a minor may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
You may only register and use an Account if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- 2.2.1You are at least 21 years of age.
- 2.2.2You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- 2.2.3You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the xe8 Platform or any other gaming platform that you have voluntarily requested.
- 2.2.4You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was terminated by xe8 for breach of these Terms.
- 2.2.5You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of xe8 or any of its affiliate companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- 2.2.6You are using the Platform for personal, non-professional entertainment purposes only.
2.3 One Account Per Player
- 2.3.1Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited.
- 2.3.2If duplicate accounts are identified, xe8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and withhold any funds in excess of the original deposited amount.
Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration
- 3.1.1To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
- 3.1.2You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change in your personal information must be updated promptly via Account Settings or by contacting xe8 support.
- 3.1.3xe8 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
- 3.2.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party.
- 3.2.2You must notify xe8 immediately at xe8-support@gaming.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- 3.2.3xe8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results from xe8's own negligence.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
- 3.3.1xe8 is required by anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
- 3.3.2Standard KYC documentation required includes:
- (a)Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
- (b)Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months); and
- (c)Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e-wallet screenshot or bank statement as applicable).
- 3.3.3xe8 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by its compliance obligations.
- 3.3.4Funds in an unverified Account may not be withdrawn until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. xe8 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals resulting from a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
- 3.3.5All KYC documents submitted to xe8 are handled in accordance with xe8's Privacy Policy.
Deposits
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- 4.1.1xe8 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow.
- 4.1.2All deposits must be made using a payment instrument registered in your own name. xe8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
- 4.1.3xe8 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Deposit Processing
- 4.2.1All e-wallet deposits are processed instantly. Funds are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
- 4.2.2The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by xe8 on standard accounts, subject to individual e-wallet provider transaction limits.
- 4.2.3xe8 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Your e-wallet provider's own transaction terms may apply.
- 4.2.4If a deposit fails to credit to your Account within 30 minutes of a confirmed e-wallet deduction, contact xe8 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a duplicate deposit before contacting support.
4.3 Currency
- 4.3.1All Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
- 4.3.2xe8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any cryptocurrency transfer directed to xe8 payment addresses will not be credited and cannot be recovered.
Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
- 5.1.1You may only withdraw funds from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully met.
- 5.1.2xe8 will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed (see Section 3.3).
- 5.1.3The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 10. The maximum single withdrawal amount is RM 15,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may apply — see your Account dashboard for current limits.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing
- 5.2.1Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 business day of submission, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks.
- 5.2.2Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This same-method policy is applied to comply with xe8's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
- 5.2.3xe8 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Your e-wallet provider's own transaction terms may apply.
5.3 Withdrawal Refusal
- 5.3.1xe8 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:
- (a)KYC verification has not been completed;
- (b)The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
- (c)A chargeback has been initiated on any deposit to the Account;
- (d)The player has an outstanding promotional wagering requirement on the funds requested for withdrawal; or
- (e)xe8 is required to do so by applicable regulatory or legal obligation.
- 5.3.2Where a withdrawal is refused, xe8 will notify the player of the refusal and the reason within 1 business day.
Gameplay and Game Rules
6.1 Game Availability
- 6.1.1xe8 offers live dealer casino games, online slots, fishing games, and table games from verified third-party Game Providers. The availability of specific games may change without prior notice due to provider maintenance or regulatory requirements.
- 6.1.2Specific game rules are governed by the individual game interface and the applicable Game Provider's rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP)
- 6.2.1The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is published by the applicable Game Provider. RTP represents the theoretical long-term statistical return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- 6.2.2All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing or wheel spinning under real-time video broadcast conditions.
6.3 Disputed Game Results
- 6.3.1In the event of a disputed game result, the Game Provider's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server-side record, the server-side record prevails.
- 6.3.2Any apparent inconsistency in results should be reported to xe8 support within 48 hours of the game session.
6.4 Technical Failures
- 6.4.1In the event of a technical failure during active gameplay, xe8 will use reasonable endeavours to reinstate the game session to its state immediately prior to the failure.
- 6.4.2Where a game session cannot be reinstated and the outcome is indeterminate, xe8 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the player's Balance.
- 6.4.3xe8 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or third-party service outage.
Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
- 7.1.1xe8 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific Bonus Terms published on the relevant promotion page.
- 7.1.2By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by these general Terms and the specific Bonus Terms applicable to that promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail.
- 7.1.3Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial instrument, guarantee of winnings, or entitlement to any specific monetary return.
7.2 Welcome Bonuses
- 7.2.1xe8 offers four separate Welcome Bonuses for new players. Each applies to a distinct game category and may be claimed independently, subject to clause 7.2.2:
- (a)388% All Slots Welcome Bonus — 388% match on first deposit, minimum deposit MYR 20, maximum bonus MYR 3,880; wagering requirement x35 applied to the bonus amount;
- (b)100% Slots Welcome Bonus — 100% match on first deposit, minimum deposit MYR 20, maximum bonus MYR 500; wagering requirement x18 applied to the bonus amount;
- (c)200% Sports Welcome Bonus — 200% match on first deposit, minimum deposit MYR 20, maximum bonus MYR 500; wagering requirement x12 applied to the bonus amount; and
- (d)100% Live Casino Welcome Bonus — 100% match on first deposit, minimum deposit MYR 20, maximum bonus MYR 500; wagering requirement x25 applied to the bonus amount.
- 7.2.2Each Welcome Bonus is available to new players once per Account for its respective game category only. Bonuses cannot be combined or claimed simultaneously. One Welcome Bonus per game category per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- 7.2.3The applicable wagering requirement for each Welcome Bonus is specified in clause 7.2.1 and ranges from x12 (Sports Welcome Bonus) to x35 (388% All Slots Welcome Bonus). Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
- 7.2.4Welcome Bonus funds may be wagered on eligible games including slots, live casino games, sports, and fishing games. All eligible games contribute at 100% of wagered amounts towards the wagering requirement. Full game eligibility details are published on the Promotions page.
- 7.2.5Each Welcome Bonus expires 30 days from the date of award. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
- 7.3.1xe8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using prohibited betting strategies to guarantee wagering completion with minimal risk.
- 7.3.2Winnings derived from voided bonuses will be removed from the Account balance. Deposited funds will be returned less any amounts already withdrawn.
Responsible Gambling
8.1 Player Protection Tools
- 8.1.1xe8 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible from Account Settings → Responsible Gambling:
- (a)Deposit Limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
- (b)Loss Limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
- (c)Session Time Reminders;
- (d)Cooling-Off Periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days); and
- (e)Self-Exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or Permanent).
- 8.1.2Reducing a deposit or loss limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
- 8.1.3A cooling-off period suspends Account access for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
8.2 Underage Gambling
- 8.2.1xe8 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Any player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately terminated and all funds (including any winnings) will be forfeited.
8.3 External Support

Prohibited Conduct
9.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- 9.1.1Fraud — including providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
- 9.1.2Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
- 9.1.3Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating betting strategies across accounts.
- 9.1.4Use of bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- 9.1.5Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from a software error are void. Players who discover an error must cease play and report it to support immediately.
- 9.1.6Use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to mask your actual geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- 9.1.7Opening multiple accounts (see Section 2.3).
- 9.1.8Engaging in any conduct designed to abuse promotional offers (see Section 7.3).
9.2 Consequences
- 9.2.1Where xe8 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, xe8 may:
- (a)Immediately suspend or permanently close the Account;
- (b)Void all wagers and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct;
- (c)Withhold and forfeit the Account balance; and/or
- (d)Report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
- 10.1All content on the Platform — including the xe8 brand name, logo, trade marks, software, website design, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to xe8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- 10.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- 10.3You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without xe8's express written permission.
- 10.4Game content, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of the applicable Game Provider and are subject to that provider's intellectual property terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
- 11.1xe8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- 11.2xe8 processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to xe8's data retention obligations.
- 11.3KYC documents submitted for verification are retained following Account closure, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.
Account Suspension and Closure
12.1 Closure by Player
- 12.1.1You may request Account closure at any time by contacting xe8 support at xe8-support@gaming.com. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
- 12.1.2Upon closure, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited.
12.2 Suspension or Closure by xe8
- 12.2.1xe8 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- (a)Material breach of these Terms;
- (b)Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
- (c)Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- (d)Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months; or
- (e)Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.
- 12.2.2Where an Account is closed by xe8 for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the player after the investigation period is complete.
- 12.2.3Inactive Account fees: An Account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of MYR 5. Inactivity fees will be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero, after which no further fees apply. xe8 will notify the player by email before inactivity fees commence.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Internal Complaints Process
- 13.1.1If you have a complaint, contact xe8 customer support via live chat or email. xe8 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- 13.1.2If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint in writing to xe8-support@gaming.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your Account username]". xe8 will provide a final written response within 14 days of receiving the escalation.
13.2 External Dispute Resolution
- 13.2.1If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may refer the matter to xe8-support@gaming.com. Details of the external dispute resolution process are available on request.
Limitation of Liability
- 14.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xe8's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 14.2xe8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.
- 14.3xe8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. xe8 accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
- 14.4Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes xe8's liability for death or personal injury caused by xe8's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
General Provisions
- 15.1Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
- 15.2Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms (where applicable), and any specific game rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and xe8 with respect to your use of the Platform.
- 15.3Waiver. xe8's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of xe8's right to enforce that provision in the future.
- 15.4Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without xe8's prior written consent. xe8 may assign its rights to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
Amendments to These Terms
- 16.1xe8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
- 16.2Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter player rights, and additions of new payment methods) may take effect immediately upon publication.
- 16.3Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
